U.S. company BMG has unveiled the launch of the QuadPro paper former, which the manufacturer says provides the industry’s highest production output and lowest scrap rate with the use of a patent-pending, continuous forming process.
“This innovative system is the product of cooperation among three BMG companies, Brown Machine, Freeman Tooling and NAS Nalle Automation Systems. These companies brought together state-of-the-art technologies and processes to create an innovative turnkey paper forming, tooling and automation solution that meets industry demand,” the American business said in a statement.
The company says that QuadPro “consistently outperforms the market leader in paper forming. When compared to its competition, QuadPro achieves up to 3.5 times as much product output, over 95% product yield, and under 5% product scrap. Moreover, it produces higher quality products with improved rigidity.”
Based in Beaverton, in the U.S. state of Michigan, BMG says it is a leading provider of forming, tooling and automation solutions.
