Domsjö Fabriker AB in Sweden increases the price of Domsjö Cellulose (softwood dissolving) with USD 75 effective January 20, 2023 until further notice.
After a period where prices on dissolving cellulose have been under pressure, we are now starting to see positive signs and a recovery, both in the fibre market as well as on a macro financial level. Especially on the softwood side, we believe that supply/demand will be more balanced. On these grounds, we are now starting to adjust prices to a more sustainable level, said Magnus Lundmark, Business Director Cellulose.
