Prior to joining Augury, Brian spent 5 years with Roseburg working as a Maintenance Manager, Regional Manager and then as a Corporate Reliability Manager. Brian has worked on helping corporations to create and implement reliability strategies and maintenance practices in order to drive first time quality and create a culture of reliability. He is well versed in multiple methodologies that lead to cultural improvement both in reliability and operational excellence. |

Nat Mills, CMRP, CRL Nat is a Reliability Solutions Architect with Augury helping customers to select and implement the correct Machine Health solutions for their business. He has over 25 years of manufacturing experience in the maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement space across multiple CPG companies. Prior to joining Augury, Nat spent 13 years with Kimberly-Clark working as a Site Maintenance Manager, regional Reliability Leader and then as a Global Supply Chain Manufacturing Consultant. Nat has worked on helping sites to create and implement reliability strategies and programs along with improving their reliability culture, TPM programs, SMED methodologies, 5S and maintenance planning & scheduling. |
