Building Allyships in the Workplace

In the latest episode of Better Together: Conversations with Innovative Leaders, host Jan Bottiglieri, Editorial Director for Paper360° Magazine, welcomes three industry professionals from TAPPI’s Women in Industry (WIN) Division:

• Amanda Kernan of Valmet, who is WIN Program Chair as well as WIN Division Vice Chair;
• Gabriele Pinckney, a WIN Division member and DEI senior manager for Solenis LLC; and
• Deanna Duram, managing consultant with Trinity Consultants and the WIN Division's 2022 Woman of the Year.

This roundtable discussion centers on the various challenges and successes women leaders encounter every day, as well as their roles and relationships with colleagues, direct reports, and managers.
