Georgia-Pacific Modernizes Mt. Wolf Plant with $18 Million Investment

Georgia-Pacific has completed $18 million in upgrades at its Mt. Wolf, Pennsylvania, corrugated facility, enhancing efficiency and operational capabilities.

The 2022-2025 project introduced a new rooftop cyclone, a modern corrugator, and a state-of-the-art specialty gluer. These additions enable digital printing capabilities and the handling of more complex business needs.

“This upgrade represents a significant milestone for our team,” said Mario Williams, area operations leader. “It’s a testament to our employees’ dedication and the support we’ve received from the Mt. Wolf community.”

Georgia-Pacific has also continued its commitment to the community, donating over $12,500 annually to local organizations like the Eagle Fire Company and Leg Up Farm.
“Supporting our community is central to our vision,” said Daniel Brooks, area general manager. “We’re proud to contribute to the well-being of those around us.”

The Mt. Wolf plant employs approximately 100 people and has seen over $26 million in capital investment over the past decade.
