UFP Packaging, a UFP Industries subsidiary, has significantly expanded its corrugated manufacturing capabilities with a new 165,000-square-foot facility in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
The facility, which began operations in late 2024 and will continue to expand throughout 2025, is designed to enhance production for the retail and e-commerce markets.
"This facility represents UFP Packaging’s commitment to innovation and supporting the evolving needs of our customers across diverse markets," stated Nick Hoffman, Vice President of Protective Packaging.
The Jeffersonville plant will introduce advanced printing and automated production systems, solidifying UFP Packaging’s position as a leader in corrugated solutions. Key additions include dual-sided color printers with precision die-cutting, high-speed flexo folder gluers, a flatbed die cutter for large-format boxes, and a four-color rotary die cutter with automated box separation.
The facility will offer a blend of stock box availability and custom corrugated offerings, catering to diverse customer needs.
