The commercialization of MFC is to be independently and separately undertaken by IMERYS and Omya commercial teams. The FiberLeanTM and Omya’s MFC technology platforms developed by each company combine into one entity, henceforth to be known as FiberLeanTM Technologies.

Stora Enso announced this week that the company is investing EUR 16 million in a new chemical plant at the consumer board mill in Skoghall, Sweden.
