Central National Gottesman Inc., a sales and marketing organization in the global pulp, paper, and forest products industry, this week announced its Lindenmeyr Munroe division will acquire the business of New York-based Graphic Paper, a wholesale distributor of fine printing paper and converted products.

Based in Thailand, Terinex Siam specializes within the professional segment in Southeast Asia. The acquisition is planned to be completed by mid-August.

People
Daniel Lister will assume day-to-day operations and leadership of the Advanced Materials & Structures business unit in a diversified company that focuses on paper packaging applications. He's an accomplished global business leader, with broad experience in the packaging, chemical, and lubricant industries.

The three have all previously held senior management roles within Gruppo Cordenons for a number of years, which will be invaluable in helping the company maintain and improve its position within the paper industry.
|
