New $360 million mill (two tissue machines and a converting plant) in Inola will have an output of 120,000 metric tpy of toilet tissue and towels. Startup is scheduled for 2020.

Combined company will have 37,000 employees and contractors. Its 11 industrial units will produce annually 11 million metric tons of market pulp and 1.4 million metric tons of paper, with annual exports of around BRL 18 billion and investments planned for 2018 of about BRL 6.4 billion.

After the acquisition, Fortress Global intends to construct a demonstration plant to produce xylitol at its Fortress Specialty Cellulose Mil, using proprietary process technologies, know-how, and expertise developed by S2G and Mondelez International, one of the world's largest snacks companies.

U.S. containerboard output in February 2018 declined 3% compared with February 2017. The month-over-month average daily production compared with January 2018 was 3.2% lower.
