UPM has signed an agreement to sell 100% of the shares of its Austrian subsidiary UPM Kymmene-Austria GmbH to the Heinzel Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the deal.

Central National Gottesman Inc. (CNG) announced that its North American Distribution Division has acquired Lewis Paper International, Inc., a leading distributor of paper, packaging and wide-format products headquartered in Addison, Illinois.

Ahlstrom-Munksjö announced that following the ownership reorganization of its Decor business, estimated to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2022, Ahlstrom-Munksjö plans to change its business name to Ahlstrom.

Stora Enso is leasing the former paper machinery hall at its Veitsiluoto site in Finland to the textile technology company Infinited Fiber Company, which plans to build a commercial-scale factory to produce regenerated textile fiber from textile waste.

ProJet received an order for the supply of 2 new high pressure showers, which will be delivered to PM1of Siam Cement Group (SCG). SCG is the holding company of Siam Kraft, Thai Kraft, Thai Cane, all located in Thailand and Vinakraft, located in Vietnam.

DJM will carry out the dryer section revamping for Rossano Veneto plant of Favini Group. The supply of several DJM Dryers to replace the existing cast iron cans will boost the drying capacity of the paper machine, helping the energy saving.

ProJet, Meerssen, Netherlands ProJet will deliver two (2) new dry end High Pressure Tail Cutters to the OEM: YueLi, Taiwan. The order was included in ProJet's third quarter 2022 orders received. The value of the order will not be disclosed.

With two new patent applications filed last week, PulPac continues to expand the Dry Molded Fiber patent portfolio. The new patent applications are directed to ejection elements in connection to the forming mold.
