Oji Fibre Solutions (OjiFS) has decided to close its paper recycling mill in Penrose, Auckland, New Zealand. The Penrose Mill specializes in manufacturing recycled paper grades only (recycled meduim liner), manufacturing around 78,000 metric tons per year.
