Withdrawal of T 819

The SSIG in charge of reviewing T 819 cm-07 "Water absorption of corrugating medium: boat method" has voted to withdraw this method due to an unsatisfactory Repeatability and Reproducability statement. Other methods, such as float curl and water drop, give less subjective results. If you have any questions, feel free to contact standards@tappi.org.
