Wepa Sells Fabbriche di Vallico Tissue Mill in Italy

German tissue and hygiene products manufacturer Wepa reports that its Italian subsidiary Wepa Lucca Srl will sell its Italian tissue mill Fabbrioche di Vallico to Eurotec Srl of Italy. The mill’s tissue machine has been shut down since 2012.

 

The Fabbriche di Vallico mill’s tissue machine has a production capacity of 18.000 metric tpy. Under the new ownership, the mill will resume production soon, according to Wepa. With the acquisition, Eurotec Srl, a distributor of tissue master reels, intends to expand into the production of semi-finished hygiene products.
