PAPCEL, ABK Groupe Merge

The French manufacturer of paper technology, ABK Groupe Tullins, this past week merged with PAPCEL Group, Czech Republic. PAPCEL notes that the merger with its French competitor expands its production range and markets portfolio.

ABK Groupe is a designer and manufacturer of complete machines for the production of all grades of tissue, paper, and board as well as specialty papers such as reconstituted tobacco, insulation board, decor paper, banknote paper, filter paper, etc.

 

PAPCEL produces and delivers machines and equipment for complete lines of paper machines and stock preparation. It offers single-deliveries, deliveries of complete technologies, repairs, overhauls, and modernization of production lines or complete technologies. The company also provides spare parts and complete technical services, as well as delivery and complete reconstruction of second-hand paper machines.
