Second MODULO-PLUS ES Tissue Line Comes Online at Liuzhou Liangmianzhen

In about two weeks following the startup of its first Toscotec (Italy) Modulo-PLUS ES tissue machine (see article above), Liuzhou Liangmianzhen Paper Product Co., China, brought its second edition of the tissue machine on line at its mill in Liuzhou, Guangxi, China. In just a few more days, the company will follow with the startup of the TT WIND-M high-speed slitter rewinder. The second tissue line was also successfully brought on steam according to schedule. 

The two new lines will increase the company’s tissue production capacity by 42,000 metric tpy. Toscotec’s scope of supply includes a MODULO-PLUS ES machine, designed for a speed of 1,500 m/min, featuring TT SYD-15FT (4,572 mm) and double press configuration, Milltech’s steam-heated hood, stock preparation equipment, electrical and control systems, spare parts for the entire plant, and a full service package.
