A.Celli Tissue Machine Achieves Double Startup Record at Metalicplas

 

The A.Celli Paper (Italy) Tissue Machine at Metalicplas (Pehart Tec Group) in Romania has attained its production speed target just a few weeks from startup. The machine started up Dec. 19, 2015.

After the record-breaking startup, another first for the turnkey tissue machine at the Dej facilities in Romania, the maximum production speed target was achieved in just four weeks.

On Feb. 1, 2016, at 2 p.m., the display on the control panel clearly showed the numbers of the A.Celli Paper plant: (15.5 gsm – 1,800 m/min). TM 2 was already running at the max production speed of 1,800 m/min., a figure that, in just such a short time after startup, A.Celli noted, "underscores the level of commitment, participation, passion, and enthusiasm with which the team worked on the project, supporting the customer at each step and spurring him quickly towards the final rush."
