Europapier Acquires Commercial Assets of Ekologika and Tykvart

Europapier has acquired the commercial assets of Ekologika in Croatia and Tykvart in the Czech Republic. Europapier Adria and Europapier Bohemia, both subsidiaries of Europapier International AG and leading paper merchants in their markets, have made an important step towards the hygiene business as the acquisitions will provide the necessary assets including the know-how for further growth in this business segment.

Both acquisitions were carried out in order to extend the Europapier Group’s business activities in hygiene products in Central and Eastern Europe.
