Tissue 2018 Features a Perfect Mix of Site Tours and Focused Education

Registration is now open for Tissue 2018, where the industry will gather together at the brand new Fox Cities Exhibition Center in Appleton, WI, in the heart of the tissue industry.
Attendees across the entire supply chain are set to experience a program uniquely designed with a mix of business insights and technical content from TAPPI and RISI – two of the leading tissue content providers.
Conference Program
Economists Patrick Cavanagh and Esko Uutela, from RISI, will provide their outlook on global fiber and the future of tissue consumption, respectively.
In addition, three days of peer-reviewed technical sessions from TAPPI are scheduled. Operations and engineering personnel, will get a deep-dive into safety, fiber, energy, automation, operating efficiency, and other pressing issues.
Site Tours
- Attendees can also get an up-close and hands-on look during optional offsite tours:
- Pulsar Tour (Green Bay) is where attendees will see a demo of Quatis for rolls and Quatis for packs.
- CR Meyer Tour (Oshkosh) is designed for attendees to hear about CR Meyer’s design/build process and see its new leadership and training center in Oshkosh, complete with a paper machine.
- Fabio Perini Tour (Green Bay), attendees will learn about their innovative pilot line and the latest in converting digitization to improve productivity.
