A.Celli Paper to supply complete turnkey tissue plant to Blue Tissue group in Mexico

A.Celli Paper has confirmed its collaboration with the Mexican group for the supply of a complete turnkey tissue plant. The Blue Tissue Sapi de C.V., has chosen A.Celli Paper to supply a complete turnkey tissue plant.

In doing so, the company based in Mexico has availed itself of A.Celli's technological excellence in terms of stock preparation and rewinding systems.

The Blue Tissue group specializes in the manufacture of tissue products with high absorption, softness and quality. It has met with considerable success in a number of sectors, with particular attention on tissue products for hygienic, healthcare and sanitary uses in public places (Away from Home: AfH).

The new tissue machine will have a pope reel measuring 2,700 mm in width and a working speed of 2,000 m/min.

The design features the new generation LPG Gas Hood and the 16-foot steel forged Yankee cylinder.

The order is completed by a 100 percent virgin fiber stock preparation system which will work in conjunction with a deinking system (supplied by the customer), as well as a two-ply slitter rewinder.

The startup of the plant is scheduled for the end of Q1 2019.
