Tissue Converter Mint Valley Paper Proposes New $300-Million Mill in Oregon

According to the Polk County Itemizer Observer, Mint Valley Paper, which manufactures tissue and other paper products, is considering building a facility on 55-acres near Godsey Road and Jonathan Avenue in Dallas, OR.
The facility would cost $300 million to build and the Washington-based company says it would bring 120 jobs to Dallas.
