Three More A.Celli iDEAL® Tissue Machines Have Been Started up for Yibin Paper

A.Celli high-speed iDEAL® Tissue Machines, installed at Yibin Paper, China, now successfully produce unbleached tissue paper, using 100 percent bamboo slush pulp.

In total, four tissue machines have been installed. TM 2, started up in September 2018 and since, TM 3 and TM 4 (with 16-ft Yankees) and TM 5 (with an 18-ft Yankee) have been started up.

The operating speed of the first tissue machine has been increased to 1,500 m/min in less than a month. All the quality targets of the A.Celli tissue machine and the paper have fully satisfied Yibin Paper’s requirements, whose 100% percent bamboo products are sold steadily, with a relevant profit growth for the customer.

In this way Yibin Paper is reaching its fixed goal: to be China's largest bamboo pulp tissue paper enterprise. From the beginning, Yibin Paper, which also owns a bamboo pulp mill, set the goal of producing tissue paper without adding wood pulp.

The whole design of the plant, from stock preparation, to approach flow system and to tissue machine, was developed on the premise of using only bamboo slush pulp use.
