Flexibility Helps Georgia-Pacific's Green Bay, WI, Mill Thrive 100 Years after Founding

According to the Green Bay Press Gazette, the only thing more impressive than Georgia-Pacific Corp.'s Broadway Mill marking 100 years in operation is how it reached such a momentous milestone.

Consider the more than 1,000 employees that work inside it every day, the massive volume of consumer products that roll off its machines every day, the 197 acres it occupies and its towering chimneys visible from downtown Green Bay and De Pere.

Rather imposing, no? Yet it is not the mill's brawn that has led Georgia-Pacific to invest more than $80 million in the Broadway Mill since 2014 and plan to invest millions more in coming years.
