Algeria’s Paper Mill Investment Ramps up New Tissue Machine

Algeria’s Paper Mill Investment (PMI) has started up a new 35,000-mtpy tissue machine at its Rouiba mill.

The machine has a design speed of 2,000 meters per minute and a paper width of 2.85 meters. The installation also included a stock preparation line for virgin pulp with a capacity of 135 bdmt/day.
