Hebei Mancheng Lifa Starts New Tissue Machine at Baoding Mill in China

Hebei Mancheng Lifa Paper has fired up a 20,000-mtpy tissue machine at its sole mill in Baoding city, in China's northern province of Hebei. 

The first sheet of paper rolled off the line in early November.

Provided by domestic supplier Shandong Xinhe Paper Making Engineering, the unit features a trim width of 2.85 m and a design speed of 1,200 m/min.

Two more machines, identical to the latest unit, are expected to come online in 2020.

If the startups go to plan, the company’s total tissue capacity will be boosted to approximately 100,000 mtpy by that time.
