Luohe Juyuan Paper Starts up 20,000-mtpy Tissue Machine in Henan, China

China’s Luohe Juyuan Paper has started trial production on a new 20,000-mtpy tissue machine at its sole mill in Luohe city, Henan province. The first sheet of paper rolled off the line late last month. Provided by domestic supplier Shanghai Qingliang Industry, the unit has a trim width of 2.85 m and a design speed of 1,400 m/min. The mill operates another tissue PM, which has a capacity of 18,000 mtpy and was commissioned in 2013.
