Arkhbum Tissue Group Increases Output of Tissue Products by 262 Percent Year on Year

Over 2020, Arkhbum Tissue Group LLC (Vorsino industrial park, Kaluga region, part of the Pulp Mill Holding) increased the output of sanitary tissue products (STP) from base paper of its own production by 262percent. According to the results of last year, the company showed a record growth in product sales. Both STP and paper sales increased by 682 percent, STP - by 357 percent.

This year ATG will launch the third Futura converting line (Italy) with an annual capacity of 276 million standard rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a new line for the production of Omet napkins (Italy) with a capacity of 150 tpy of 1, 2 and 3-layers Soffione napkins per month. This will allow ATG to predictably increase the volume of output.

Arkhbum Tissue Group says it is actively building the zero cycle of the second and third stages of the plant's development. The estimated cost of each amounts to 8.5 billion rubles. The second stage will allow Arkhbum Tissue Group to increase its capacity to 140,000 tpy per year and the third line to 210,000 tpy per year with an increase in staff to 535 employees, then to 685 employees.
