IPO plan: Shanghai Orient Champion Healthcare Products is preparing for an initial public offering (IPO) on the Shanghai stock exchange. It has tapped Haitong Securities to offer regulation training about the securities markets to its directors and senior managers, which will take at least three months from March 12.
