The Tranzonic Companies expanded operations and automated its non-woven wipers manufacturing capabilities by installing a high-speed OMET TV 503 with automatic transfer at their facility in Knoxville, TN.

The advanced equipment provided by OMET enables Tranzonic to meet the increasing demand for disposable cleaning and personal hygiene products, including napkins and wipers. By incorporating OMET converting line, Tranzonic improves efficiency, reduces downtime, and increases productivity.

OMET's TV 503 tissue machine is known for exceptional performance and advanced automatic features, boosting the productivity up to 3,000 pieces per minute. It is available in two widths (500 mm or 20" and 600 mm or 23.5") and can be equipped with up to 8 flexo printing units, ensuring quick job change and efficiency even with short runs.
