Lucart Management Changes: Francesco Pasquini is Appointed as CEO

Italian tissue producer Lucart has announced changes to its management board with Francesco Pasquini appointed as CEO and Massimo Pasquini, who has led the group since 2004, is confirmed as chairman. After signing the transaction with which Azzurra Capital acquires a strategic shareholding in Pasfin S.p.A., the holding company that entirely controls Lucart S.p.A., the board of directors members are now:
- Massimo Pasquini - Chairman;
- Francesco Pasquini - Chief Executive Officer;
- Alessandro Pasquini, Lorenzo Pasquini and Tommaso De Luca - Executive Directors;
- GianErnesto Bernardi, Cristina Ferrari, Federico Lovadina and Massimo Innocenti - Non-Executive Directors.

I intend to build on my years of experience as head of sales and marketing to lead Lucart to achieve the ambitious growth and profitability targets set out in the group's strategic plan", commented Francesco Pasquini, CEO of Lucart.
