Evonik ups North America Hydrogen Peroxide Prices

Evonik Degussa Corporation Parsippany, N.J., USA, the first of this month increased prices for hydrogen peroxide (100% basis) by 4 cents/lb in the U.S. and Mexico and C$93/metric ton (100% basis) in Canada. Energy and fuel surcharges will remain in effect until further notice.

With an annual capacity approaching 600,000 metric tons, Evonik's Industrial Chemicals Business Unit is the world's second-largest producer of hydrogen peroxide fro pulp bleaching applications. Evonik produces hydrogen peroxide in Germany, Belgium, Austria, the U.S., Canada, Brazil, Korea, Indonesia, New Zealand, and South Africa.
