LLC Pulp Invest Orders New Andritz Tissue Machine for Mill in Russia

LLC Pulp Invest, Kazan, Russia, has ordered from Andritz, Graz, Austria, a PrimeLineCOMPACT tissue machine. Startup is scheduled for the end of 2012.

The PrimeLineCOMPACT II tissue machine has a design speed of 1,700 m/min and a width of 2.80 m. The scope of supply includes the complete stock preparation plant for virgin fiber and a high-precision PrimeDry steel yankee dryer that provides higher drying rates than conventional cast cylinders.
