ABB Completes L&W Acquisition

ABB, Zurich, Switzerland, this past week completed its acquisition of the Sweden-based Lorentzen & Wettre from ASSA ABLOY AB. Lorentzen & Wettre makes equipment for quality control, process optimization, and test instrumentation for the pulp and paper industry and will be integrated into ABB's Process Automation division
