Toscotec Starts up Luohe Yinge New Tissue Slitter Rewinder in China

Toscotec, Italy, has successfully started up a new tissue slitter rewinder for LuoHe Yinge Tissue Paper Industry located in Luohe City in the Henan province in China. The new machine is a TT-WIND LShaftless model, featuring three unwind stands and capable of handling parent rolls 5,600 mm wide and 3,000 mm in diameter at a maximum working speed of 900 mpm.

The rewinder is equipped with a slitting unit complete with 32 knives able to reach a minimum slitting width of 150 mm and all the necessary auxiliaries as well as control system, dust removal system, service, and a spare parts package.

Toscotec is involved in the design, manufacture, and delivery of complete plants and equipment for the production of tissue, paper, and board. It is part of the Mennucci Group, an Italian privately owned group.
