Teva Looman, Guidecard Services Coordinator 
Teva Looman joined the APCO Institute staff in 2012 and works as the Guidecard Services Coordinator. In this capacity, Teva works closely with agencies and performs customization, production and delivery of APCO emergency dispatch guidecards and provides APCO guidecard software quality control.
Teva is proud to promote stronger communities through public safety awareness by empowering and educating public safety communications professionals. She enjoys collaborating on projects that exemplify APCO’s commitment as an international leader in public safety communications.
