Meet Our Adjunct Instructors: Joseph Murphy

Joseph Murphy has worked for Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office since May 2005. He has been a supervisor since 2011 and has five personnel assigned to his shift. He also spends time training and developing a 9-1-1 for kids training program which was implemented in January 2018. Joseph has been married 13 years, and has three boys and one girl ages 13, 11, four and seven months. During his off time, he coaches a travel soccer club with his 11-year-old and enjoys spending time with his kids and completing house projects. Someday, he would like to run his own 9-1-1 center.
