New Topics Announced for 2024 Illuminations CDE Program

Learn about relevant topics for emergency communications personnel and earn up to 12 CDEs with an annual subscription to the APCO Illuminations Program. Upcoming sessions begin January 1. Tracks are available for emergency medical dispatch (EMD), communications training officer (CTO) and a general telecommunicator track. Topics scheduled for 2024 include sexual predators, boating accidents, AirMed transports, suffocation, agricultural incidents, CTO liability, generational training and more.
