APCO Announces New Staff Appointments

This week APCO announced that Meghan Architect, APCO’s chief marketing officer, has been selected as interim chief of staff. As a member of the executive management team, Architect will support the executive director & CEO enabling him to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, partners and the Board of Directors. She will collaborate with senior leaders to develop goals, objectives, policies and priorities for the association.
Additionally, APCO announced that Stephen Devine has accepted the position of chief technology officer (CTO). Devine joins APCO after previously serving as the lead strategist – Public Safety Communications, 9-1-1 & Emergency Management, with FirstNet, AT&T Services, Inc. As the CTO, Devine will lead APCO efforts related to Next Generation 9-1-1, cybersecurity and other emerging technologies.
