Frankie Cole spent 22 years as a two-way radio technician serving commercial and public safety customers across Alabama. He worked on a wide variety of communications solutions during his time in the industry, but he always felt a strong pull to the public safety community. Cole now serves as the radio system administrator for Huntsville-Madison County 9-1-1.
