Crisis Negotiations for Telecommunicators

A few seats are available for this one-day APCO course. It will examine the special concerns related to crisis situations in 9-1-1, including hostage situations, barricaded subjects and persons with suicidal intent. By the end of the course, the student will have conceptual tools to help understand crisis situations and tools to use when working to resolve these incidents.
