And agencies are increasingly using mobile apps to communicate, meaning powerful new ways to share critical information with those who request your support and respond to the call. In this webinar, discussions will focus on the apps first responders are using and identify new ways your PSAP/ECC can use these innovative solutions to help speed response times and improve coordination. Earn CDE credits before the end of 2020 with APCO Institute online courses that can be completed in three weeks. All courses begin December 2 and end by December 22.

Effective December 7, all multi-student registrations for APCO Institute courses will undergo an automated prerequisite review process. This new process verifies that each student registered has met all the requirements necessary to be eligible to take a selected course. If any student does not meet all the prerequisites needed, the new feature will list the requirements needed for that student to be eligible to participate in the selected course. An immediate opportunity to upload the required documentation will allow for continued course registration. For more information, contact us at institute@apcointl.org.
