The Registered Public-Safety Leader (RPL) Program—APCO’s emergency communications supervisory and management online training—is for public safety professionals seeking to develop the supervisory and management skills for successful ECC operations. Public safety agencies use the APCO International Agency Training Program Certification as a formal mechanism to ensure their training programs meet APCO American National Standards (ANS).
