Starting September 1, the APCO Illuminations Program offers two new topics to earn CDEs. The Illuminations general track addresses decision-making skills in the telecommunicator role. The EMD track focuses on suicide calls, including risk factors, warning signs and prevention strategies. An annual track subscription costs $125 for APCO members and $145 for non-members for 12 public safety topics.
