Available as an online course, APCO offers the Comprehensive Quality course to individuals who want to learn how to develop and implement an effective comprehensive quality program at their agency. The curriculum covers essential topics, including quality planning, performance evaluation, standards, liability, feedback, coaching, surveys and analysis. Emphasizing a systematic approach, the course demonstrates how proper tools and methodologies can transform quality programs into valuable organizational assets. Engaging lectures are paired with practical exercises, enabling students to apply concepts directly to their agency.

Worth 16 CDEs. Upcoming course dates: Dec. 11 - Jan. 21 and Jan. 15 - Feb. 18. The cost is $410 for APCO members; $460 for non-members.
