Researchers at the University of Houston-Clear Lake (Texas), who have received university approval, are interested in hearing your opinion about your work experiences and how you may prioritize 9-1-1/emergency calls. Your part in the study will be to listen to a 9-1-1 call and rate how you would prioritize the call. You will also be asked to answer questions about your knowledge and emotional experiences. You will complete a survey about your opinion of the caller as well as provide information about yourself. Your participation is completely voluntary, and you may quit at any time. It will take you about 30 minutes to participate. We will not collect any information that can be used to personally identify you, ensuring your confidentiality. If you have a friend, co-worker, or relative who would be interested in participating, you can also share the link with them. If you have questions about this project, please contact Dr. Sean Lauderdale at lauderdale@uhcl.edu.
