APCO’s Agency Instructor course, taking place in Daytona Beach, Florida, from March 31 to April 4, prepares public safety professionals to deliver high-quality training within their agencies. This in-person course equips participants with essential instructional techniques, adult learning principles and presentation skills to effectively train emergency communications personnel. Upon completion, graduates will be certified to teach APCO courses at their agency. Students must be certified in the discipline to attend the instructor course.
