We want you to design the next conference shirt! Your design should incorporate the host city of Baltimore and/or the state of Maryland and portray the spirit of APCO and emergency communications. Designs will be voted on, and the winner's artwork will be printed on the back of the next APCO conference shirt.

Demonstrations are now available to learn about APCO’s criteria-based Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Program. Designed to provide standardized pre-arrival instructions, the program was developed so that telecommunicators can quickly and effectively assess medical emergencies and dispatch the appropriate resources. A key feature of the program is customizable guidecards, which align with an agency’s specific protocols and local requirements. In addition, the program meets all National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, ASTM and American Heart Association national standards. Learn more
