Today we’re starting off with professional development tracks followed by the Food for Thought Luncheon where keynote Alison Levine, Team Captain of the first American Women’s Everest Expedition, will speak on The Art of High-Impact Leadership and FCC Chairman, Tom Wheeler, will discuss policy issues and the central role of public safety communications in the 21st century.
Tonight is the
President’s Dinner featuring entertainment by
The Capitol Steps. Recognitions will be given during the Dinner, including Life Member Awards, Presidential Awards and the swearing in of the APCO International Executive Committee & Board of Directors. The President’s Dinner Reception starts at 5:30 p.m. and the Dinner is from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. in the Ballroom of the Convention Center.
Tickets are $45 per person and can be purchased at the registration desk until 11:00 a.m. today or until the Dinner sells out. Ticket needed for admission.
