In 2017, George Mason University’s Center for Social Science Research (CSSR) conducted a systematic study based on surveys of ECC directors and employees throughout the United States. The study was commissioned by APCO. Be sure to attend the session, New Findings and Improved Tools for Staffing and Retention, taking place today from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. in CC, 322-323, for a review of the findings.
