APCO Show Daily
Monday, August 5

We begin today with the Opening General Session featuring a keynote address from Rob O’Neill, Former SEAL Team Six Leader, Naval Special Warfare Development Group and New York Times best-selling author, in the Karl Dean Ballroom at Music City Center. Immediately following the General Session is the exhibit hall ribbon cutting, and Rob will be in the APCO Pavilion for a photo opp with attendees.

So much is happening in the exhibit hall this year, including the Career Advancement Center, dog demonstrations, New Products Zone, Presentation Theater and the Network & Recharge Lounge with complimentary charging stations and an afternoon treat. As you make your way through the hall, remember to complete the Expo Quest, your chance to win a full complimentary registration to next year’s conference in Orlando, Florida.

Stop by the APCO Pavilion to check out live demos of APCO IntelliComm®, the next generation criteria-based guidecard software that is supported by IBM Watson Analytics.

While at the Pavilion, take some time to browse the display of public safety artifacts collected by the Historical Committee and talk with staff about membership, training, certification, frequency coordination services, standards and more.
