Infrastructure Ontario and Metrolinx have selected Pap North Connect to deliver the Ontario Line Pape Tunnel and Underground Stations contract. The team has signed a Development and Master Construction Agreement (DMCA) with Metrolinx, under a progressive design-build contract.
